Comcut Group has always continued to invest in and provide additional services to our customers. The latest addition to our workshop facility is our Flow Mac 200 Waterjet Cutting Machine. The addition of this machine to our production facility allows us to work with just about any material, examples of which include stone, aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass, wood, acrylic and composites, just to name a few!
The addition of the Pivot Plus bevel cutting head allows us the capability to create bevel cuts up to 60-degree angles, allowing us to achieve intricate and high-end detail that is simply not able to be done by other machinery. We have a cutting capacity of 4m x 2m and can cut to a thickness of 200mm.
The Waterjet enables us to offer our customers an extremely versatile cutting tool, with high pressure water mixed with an abrasive, enabling us to cut to almost any shape and thickness with an extremely high accuracy level. We can help you avoid the risk of hardened edges and damage caused by overheating. The result is us being able to deliver a superior, quality product for our customer.
