Comcut was contracted to construct the Gazebo for Twitter for the 2016 Melbourne Cup. This gazebo was to resemble a ‘bird cage’. The main frame was manufactured from steel and plywood sheets were used for the walls. Opal polycarbonate sheets were used for the roof. The gazebo was designed so that it could be disassembled and then used at another location. All components were cut, welded and manufactured at our Mulgrave NSW factory. Everything was pre-assembled then transported to Melbourne and assembled for the Melbourne Cup. This project was awarded to Comcut from Broken Yellow Productions.
