The Position requires you to:

• Be hands on in manufacture, vinyl application and installation
• Have knowledge in all aspects of Signage manufacturing, including areas such as Pylon signs, digital printing, plastic and metal fabrication, LED signs
• Prioritise workflow, communicate with production staff and supervise the production processes
• Have Flexi sign or Sign based programs experience
• Have a sound knowledge of sign installation methods and ensure staff follow the necessary safety regulations
• Develop and manage processes and systems
• Have the ability to lead a team and mentor other team members
• Ensure a high standard of safety, quality, service and communication
• Highly organised and process driven

 

The following would be highly regarded with knowledge in:

• Welding skills
• CNC router operation
• EWP licence
